Everything was simply great. The hotel was nice, our room was new-fashioned, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were all outstandingly accommodating and amicable. The venue's location was handy, so close to the Thanksgiving Point and Butterfly Biosphere, a grocery store, and Thanksgiving point which is perfect to stroll through after a long drive. The service was friendly, including an early check-in.

The value for the money was great, with spacious rooms and oversized bathrooms. The location was perfect, close to activities and restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive, even the maintenance workers. The whole facility was clean and we loved the pool.
